Morsi Burger è una vera scoperta: carne succosa, cottura perfetta, pane tostato al punto giusto e un mix di sapori che esplode al primo morso. Ho assaggiato smash burger ovunque, anche negli States, ma qui ho trovato un equilibrio e una qualità che non hanno nulla da invidiare ai locali di New York.
Ingredienti freschissimi, servizio veloce e staff super gentile.

Panino gustoso, ricco di succhi nonostante la tecnica "SMASH" tenda a far asciugare la carne, tutto ciò rende il panino unico nel suo genere, complici anche gli ottimi abbinamenti di prodotti presenti all'interno.
Complimenti al cuoco, complimenti ad Alessio, il titolare, che ci ha consigliato con tanta simpatia e semplicità cosa provare per "la prima volta"; un complimento speciale alla cameriera, simpatica e molto disponibile.
